Director C.B Yi's debut feature, nominated for multiple categories at Cannes, is a phenomenally gritty and melancholic vignette of men's desire and hope caught in the tension between homosexuality and family identity, as young "moneyboy" Fei comes to realize that while his family might be willing to take his money, they will never accept him for whom he loves.
