Seattle Pride Cocktail Recipes

Seattle Pride has teamed up with official partners Astraea Gin and Fast Penny Spirits, two local women-owned distilleries to create this year’s Seattle Pride cocktails so everyone can have a taste of Pride. Savor Shelly’s Leg for a spicy kick, enjoy the floral notes of the Lavender Daisy, or celebrate with the vibrant Foxy Mama.

The Seattle Pride cocktails will be served throughout the month at several Seattle area restaurants with a portion of proceeds benefitting Seattle Pride. Participating restaurants and bars include How to Cook a Wolf, Underbelly, The Greater Good, BottleNeck Lounge, Orrapin Thai Restaurant, and Tom Douglas’ Serious Pie. Seattle Pride cocktails will also be served at the Fast Penny Spirits Tasting Deck.

LAVENDER DAISY

• 1 oz Astraea Mist
• 1 oz Amaricano Bianca
• .25 oz lemon juice
• .5 oz 1:1 simple
• 2 dashes black lemon bitters
• 3 dashes lavender bitters

Shake, strain, serve over ice.

FOXY MAMA

• 1 oz Astraea Mist
• 1 oz Amaricano Bianca
• .5 oz lemon juice
• .25 oz hibiscus simple syrup
• 2 dashes angostura
  

Shake, strain, serve over ice. Top with 3 oz bubbles.

SHELLY'S LEG

• 1 oz coconut water
• 1 oz Astraea Mist
• 1 oz Amaricano Bianca
• .5 oz lime
• .5 oz 1:1 simple
• 4 dashes Scrappy's Fire Bitters

Shake, strain, serve over ice.
