We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Director to drive sustainable growth and innovation in Seattle Pride’s and the Seattle Out & Proud Foundation’s transformational work. You’ll develop and nurture relationships within the LGBTQIA+ community and advance LGBTQIA+ equality, locally, regionally, and globally. The LGBTQIA+ community in Seattle is energized, powerful, and ever-evolving so your approach will include strategic Diversity / Equity / Inclusion / Belonging (DEIB) leadership and an unwavering commitment to social justice for everyone in the LGBTQIA+ community!
